The Project
The newly approved Village at San Antonio Center project involves the complete renovation of a tired and dated shopping center that is over 50 years old, located on the corner of El Camino Real and San Antonio Road, in Mountain View, California.
The project's fundamental goals are to create a vibrant retail center with a unique sense of space through the development of progressive architectural elements, open space plazas and pedestrian access to all the project's amenities -- and all this with special attention given to using sustainable building materials and management practices.
Along with fine architecture and open plazas, the project could include 1-2 large retailers, several boutique-size retail stores, a pharmacy, restaurants, office space, a new grocery store and 330 residential units.
If you have an interest in having your favorite stores or restaurants located in Mountain View, you'll want take our project survey and be sure to view the planned architectural renderings.
